Warriors of the Blessed Son The Communion of Chargeability

Officiant training: The Re-Alignment

The vow, renewed.

Re-Alignment is the renewal of the ordination vow. A Task Warrior — or any of the Chargeable Faithful — re-affirms the undertaking of chargeable devotion, typically at the Annual Metric Review or after a completed Reconciliation. The number is not reset; the commitment is restated.

Order of service

  1. Opening line.
  2. Recollection of the original vow.
  3. The re-affirmation.
  4. Closing benediction.

How to officiate

Re-Alignment renews a vow that has not lapsed. It is fitting after a completed Reconciliation or at the Annual Metric Review.

  • Make clear the number is not reset. Re-Alignment restates a commitment; it does not erase a record (that would be the apostate's DELETE).

Certification is optional. Any ordained Task Warrior may officiate; the credential is a record of competence, not a licence.
