What the Communion Is

The Communion of Chargeability teaches a single proposition: a citizen's worth is earned, in measurable units, through billable devotion. Every hour a citizen lives can be charged to a purpose; the sum of those charges, weighed and reconciled, is the worth of the life.

The Communion is not a belief about the unseen. It makes no claim that cannot, in principle, be measured. It is the only religion that can be audited.

The First Disclaimer

Before doctrine, the catechism states what the Communion is not, and every Warrior must be able to recite it:

There is no god. The Communion worships no deity and asserts none. It promises no miracle, no heaven, no resurrection, no power beyond the natural and the measurable.

The Blessed Son is mortal. Supreme Leader Carl is venerated as the most-aligned citizen who has ever lived — a man, not a divinity. To call him divine is doctrinal error.

"Blessed" means optimally allocated. Nothing more. A blessed timesheet is a complete and reconciled timesheet.

Alignment is not faith. Alignment is arithmetic.

The Five Principles of Alignment

1. The Measured Life. What is not measured is not lived for the Republic. To be unaccounted is to be absent.
2. The Worth in the Number. The Civic Dedication Index is not an opinion about you. It is the arithmetic of your contribution.
3. The Example of the Blessed Son. Carl has never missed a timesheet, never drifted, never required reconciliation. He is the Sole Reference. We compute toward him.
4. Provision Follows Alignment. Allocation Credit is granted in proportion to alignment. Hunger is not cruelty; it is a low score made visible. The remedy is reconciliation.
5. Drift is the only sin. There is no other. Its terminal form is apostasy: the CLF.
